KASRO controlled 1 metre cap placement system DN250-DN600

The metre cap placement system is a further development of the KASRO cap placement system, which offers the user the possibility to install laminated caps with lengths of up to one metre from the main sewer. Differing from the laminated cap placement system, the cap is not pressed in, but rather put over. A camera is located at the rear end that observes the putting over process. If the pull cord which is integrated is frm, then the metre cap has been correctly built in. The heating carried along heats up the cap laminated with epoxy resin just as the shield heating does and therefore accelerates the curing. With this unit, it is also possible to install caps longer than one meter with additional parts. For this a cold-hardening material has to be used for the lamination process because the balloon heating is unsuitable for longer caps.
