KASRO laminated cap placement system DN200 for lateral branches DN150

The KASRO laminated cap placement system DN200 was developed similar to the laminated cap placement system specially for the rehabilitation of branch pipe joints in the size DN150, however, in this case, only for main sewers with a diameter of DN200. The intersection angles and axes are not predetermined by means of a fully expandable side balloon, infatable with compressed air, and a fexible form plate, infatable with compressed air. An electric heating of the balloon reduce the reaction time of the used resins. The heating moving in the balloon ensures that the heating amount also reaches the upper area of the balloon and therefore also reaches those parts of the cap that are further in the lateral intake.
