KASRO spatula robot DN250-DN600 with integrated camera Lateral intake rehabilitation

The KASRO spatula robot is a self-propelled robot for pipe sizes DN250-DN600 and is used to seal cracks, fractures, joints or holes. The robot is controlled by a 100 m combination cable, consisting of air and electric lines. The robot carries a canister flled with premixed resin which is pressed out using compressed air and a spatula for smoothing out the pressed in resin material. The user can plug up longitudinal cracks, circumferential cracks, fractures, joints or holes. This is done via two separately controllable arms which move the scraper device towards and away from the pipe wall. The tool head can rotate through 900° and lateral movement is controlled via the drive unit.
