Semi-trailer extended ready to use as a robot rehabilitation and UV inliner vehicle

The semi-trailer, extended ready to use offers the possibility, as a rehabilitation vehicle, to integrate both rehabilitation units, robot technology and UV curing in one vehicle. Furthermore, this system can be driven with the respective vehicle with the 7.5 t truck driving licence. Due to the installation of both technologies in one vehicle, certain fnishing components are only necessary once and can be used for both technologies. The equipment includes customised built-in cupboards, kitchen including refrigerator, microwave and sink, seating bench with table, whispering electric generator, electric condenser, electric compressor, work bench incl. tools, operating station with control and loading space for all KASRO components. Due to the installation of the whispering, entirely water cooled electric generator the noise pollution is extremely low. The inte- grated condenser is activated for the liner installation. This controls the inner pressure of the liner. The integrated compressor is used during milling. The integrated air conditioning ensures comfortable work in the summer while the auxiliary heating ensures comfortable work in the winter. The auxiliary heating is battery buffered and ensures agreeable working temperature day and night during winter. Therefore, all work can be performed without restriction during frost periods.
