KASRO self propelled unit light DN100-DN200 Self-propelled unit

The KASRO self-propelled unit light is a drive module for positioning the KASRO working robot light. The drive is performed using four electric motors, i.e. every axis is propelled. All axes are attached to the respective ends of a scissor-like chassis, that is spread by means of a compressed air tension buffer. This drive concept ensures that two axes create tractive force in the sewer bed and two axes create tractive force in the sewer peak. Simultaneously this prevents that the driving axis is pressed into the box section when driving over disruptions or lateral branch connections. Sewer cross-section alteration are compensated with the resilient retraction of the compressed air tension buffer.
