Training courses at ProKASRO

Training courses can be arranged according to the needs of the customer. This description makes it easier for you to get an overview of the training times that we recommend.

Goals of the training course:

  • Learning about practical use and productive utilisation of the KASRO system.
  • Better understanding of design and construction of the units that are employed.
  • Independent performance of necessary inspection and maintenance work.
  • Detection and elimination of errors and disturbances

Training contents:

  • Adaptation of various KASRO units to the diameter to be rehabilitated
  • Generation of error diagnosis and repair of the damages
  • Acquisition of fundamental knowledge regarding electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Required preparatory work for optimal rehabilitation success with the injection sealing system
  • Required preparatory work for setting a cap with the laminated cap placement unit
  • Productive use of the KASRO accessories
  • Optimum use of working robot and tools
  • Disassembly of compressed-air motors and replacement of wear parts
  • Various work steps in practical situations
  • Consequences of improper use of various units
  • Meaning of regular vehicle maintenance and cleaning of various units
